Do you know how well your criminal and justice systems are working?
GET informed and INVOLVED!!
We can reduce crime by bringing transparency and accountability to the law enforcment and justice systems.
Are you frustrated with the crime in Memphis and don’t know what to do about it? At Memphis Crime Beat you will find information and ways that you can get involved to help reduce crime in our beloved Memphis. We all have to become citizen activists to change the cycle of crime. Memphis Crime Beat is here to help you do that.
Our approach is to study the Life of a Crime which begins when the crime is committed and ends with a completed prison sentence.
As the crime moves through the Crime Funnel, we use data to track the performance of our law enforcement and justice systems. By bringing transparency and accountability to each step of the Crime Funnel, we can identify opportunities to improve.
Change starts with you.
And we’re here to help.
